Admissions Information
In the 2024 – 2025 school year, Japan International School (JIS) continues to enroll nationwide, specifically:

Preschool level:

– Japan International Program: Grades 3 – 5 years old.

– Cambridge International Program: Grades 3 – 5 years old.

– Bilingual Program: Grades 1 – 5 years old

Primary + Secondary Level:

– Japan International Program: Grades 1 – 12.

– Cambridge International Program: Cam 1 (5 years old, 6 years old) – Cam 13.

– Joint Program: Grades 1 – 5; Grade 6; Grade 10.

Admission process

Step 1. Find information
Parents find information about the Japanese International School (learning environment, curriculum, teaching methods, teaching staff, facilities, financial policies, etc.) through media channels and direct consultation at the school.

Step 2. Register for admission

Parents please complete the online application form on the website.

Step 3. Complete the application fee

–  Application fee: 5,000,000 VND/student

Step 4. Schedule an interview
Time: Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
–    For Preschool: 15:00 – 16:30
–    For Primary, Secondary and High School: 14:00 – 17:00
The detailed interview schedule (subjects, location, time, teacher in charge, exam format) will be sent back to each parent in the Interview Invitation Letter.

Step 5. Attend the screening session
Parents complete the Admission Application (printed copy) and sign to confirm the information.

–    For Preschool: Parents and their children attend the screening interview.

–    For Primary: Parents and their children participate in the School Psychology Department’s skills test.

–    For Secondary and High School: Students actively participate in the screening session, parents can pick up their children after the specified time.

Step 6. Receive notification of interview results

JIS respectfully invites interested parents who wish to enroll their children in the school to register in the “REGISTER FOR ADMISSION” section for detailed support and advice.
